Healthy Living
• Eat a variety of fruit.
• The fruit juice has more calories and not have as much fiber as whole fruits. The goal is to eat at least 3 servings of fruit per day.
• Eat more green vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and green leafy vegetables-dark.
• Eat more orange vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin.
• Eat more legumes such as beans, red beans, black beans, peas and lentils.
• Eat at least 100 grams of rice or pasta per day. Grain foods, sources of fiber are whole wheat, bran, oats, porridge, whole grain corn, brown rice and organic. Other sources of fiber are flax seeds, oilseeds, fruits and beans.
• Drink 3 cups of skimmed milk or skimmed milk or soy milk per day.
• Broil, bake or grill foods instead of frying them. Obtain necessary proteins from other foods such as fish, beans, peas, oil and seeds.
• Do not eat too much butter, cheese, margarine, tropical oils such as coconut oil and palm oil and fats from meat and skin from chicken. Healthy oils to be used are canola, soy, peanuts, corn and oil.
• Choose and use foods and beverages that have little salt (sodium).
• Choose foods and beverages with low sugar. Some names given to these sugars are high in fructose syrups, sucrose, glucose, corn syrup, corn sweetener, apple syrup, and fructose.
• Drinking from 7 to 8 glasses of water per day.
Exercise
• Decreases the levels of your total cholesterol, low blood pressure and reduces stress.
• You must make at least 30 to 60 minutes of moderate exercise, 5 to 6 days per week (such as swimming, running, walking and cycling)

• Escolher alimentos e bebidas com baixos índices de açúcar. Alguns nomes atribuídos a esses açúcares são frutose elevada em xaropes, sacarose, glicose, xarope de milho, adoçante de milho, xarope de maçã, e frutose.

Source text - English ... Assim, o facto tributário é aquele que foi efectivamente realizado pelas partes, independentemente da forma ou descrições legais de que os empreiteiros, nos termos dos artigos 32 do PTC, e atualmente o 39 º da LGT.
É determinada a tributação dos efeitos econômicos dos atos jurídicos e de negócios, independentemente da validade ou eficácia do negócio jurídico em questão.
Por tudo o exposto, concluímos que o opositor não apresentou qualquer prova que afetam positivamente as conclusões do relatório da inspecção.
Também não os argumentos invocados pelo Opposer da falta de verificação dos pressupostos para a aplicação de métodos indiretos, que incidem sobre as irregularidades e omissões existentes nas contas de prevenir a prova directa e precisa a quantificação dos elementos essenciais para a determinação do imposto , de acordo com o relatório da inspecção.
Finalmente, é descrito o X refere, no resumo da decisão proferida pelo TCAS em 18/5/99, apelação 01954/99, em www.dgsi.pt:
"X - Alegando que o medo é justificada por se refere este é um negócio onde as empresas operam offshore, criado com o único propósito de uma evasão de impostos inerentes, e aos quais as propriedades existentes são transferidos facilmente, para constituir a sua existência, por si só , um receio fundamentado de redução das garantias de cobrança de impostos e uma clara negação destas propriedades...

Método indiciário (*)
Este é um termo técnico-fiscal.
Quando não há nenhuma medida direta das transações econômicas, é aplicada uma avaliação com base nos dados que são utilizados pela Administração Tributária, que também faz uso de outro tipo de dados gerais (número de contratos, as semanas de férias, etc) para chegar a um valor de forma indireta, já que a contabilidade não reflecte a realidade económica em causa.
Para concluir, o método indiciário foi criado pela LGT e é baseado em dados tecnico-científicos, que deveriam ter sido publicadas pelo legislador para cada setor. Acontece, no entanto, que até à data, tal objetivo, os indicadores técnico-científicos não foram publicados, de modo que a Administração Fiscal se utiliza de elementos que os ajudam a chegar a uma base tributável e que não podem ser obter directamente através da sua inspecção da contabilidade.

Revealing Method (*) (Método Indiciário)
This is a tax technical term.
When there is no direct measurement of economic transactions, it is applied an evaluation according to data that are used by the Tax Administration, which also makes use of another type of overall data (number of contracts, holiday weeks, etc.) to reach a value in an indirect way, since the accounting does not reflect economic reality in question.
To conclude, revealing method was established by LGT and should be based on scientific-technical indicators that should have been published by the legislature for each sector. There is, however, that to date, such objective, technical and scientific indicators have not been published, so the Fiscal Administration uses elements that they can get to get to a taxable base which can not be achieved by their inspection of the accounts.
