Bio
My name is Martín Chamorro, I'm an English-Spanish technical translator from Argentina (graduated from ENSLV Spangenberg, Buenos Aires, in 2009). For several years now, instead of specializing in some translation field, I have developed a stronger focus on capacity building, professional development and motivation for colleagues, new professionals, students and the general public. I have trained over 600 colleagues and students in the use of CAT tools and over 1500 people in other translation and motivation-related subjects. You're invited to visit my website, www.sr4t.com, where I offer online training on these and other topics. I'm a volunteering member of the Argentine Association of Translators and Interpreters (AATI), where I have collaborated with the continuous training and technology task groups. I'm also a swimming instructor and like gardening and teaching myself several languages (some nine or ten).
