The growth and innovation of the telecom industry has enabled people to communicate across the globe and access endless amounts of information over the internet. Broadband services are becoming faster and easier to access with fiber optic networks and wireless services. Many of the major telecom companies have merged over the last 10 years in order to offer massive product and service portfolios. These new technologies and growth through mergers are enabling these companies to find new revenue sources and growth opportunities in a mostly mature market.

Source text - English Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health or wellness. It is performed for various reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the “diseases of affluence” such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression and helps to promote or maintain positive self-esteem. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.
Translation - Malay Senaman fizikal adalah sebarang aktiviti badan yang meningkatkan atau mengekalkan kecergasan fizikal dan kesihatan atau kesejahteraan keseluruhan. Senaman fizikal dilakukan untuk pelbagai sebab. Antara sebab-sebabnya termasuklah untuk menguatkan otot-otot dan sistem kardiovaskular, mengasah kemahiran olahraga, mengurangkan berat badan dan untuk beriadah.
