We at XXX Limited firmly believe that the quality and liability should at all times be focus of each employee. And it is the strong foundation of our Company that has led to the production and selling fo products of only the highest nutritional and optimum hygiene in order to meet every need of our customer.
Quality assurance begins with the inflow of fruit and other secondary materials and continues during the stages of production, control and storage, up to the delivery of the final product to the customer.
In regards of product quality assurance, the company complies with ISO 9001:2000 and the concept of Total Quality Management. Quality control laboratories play an important role in the quality assurance system. The company’s labs, apart from it’s specialized staff, are equipped with the best in technology in order to conduct an integrated chemical and microbiological control of the products. At the same time, Statistical Process Control is applied to ensure a consistent quality of products at par with specifications and standards. The company also participates in a Voluntary Quality Control System of SGF, Germany. All the fruit purees and concentrates made by us comply with the concerned specifications of AIJN (Association of European Union Fruit Juice Manufacturer).

Die Labore unseres Unternehmens sind mit hochqualifiziertem Fachpersonal besetzt und mit den neuesten Technologien ausgestattet, um eine durchgehende chemische und mikrobiologische Kontrolle der Produkte zu gewährleisten. Gleichzeitig wird eine statistische Prozesskontrolle angewendet, um in Übereinstimmung mit Vorgaben und Normen eine gleichbleibende Produktqualität sicherzustellen. Das Unternehmen nimmt außerdem am freiwilligen Qualitätskontrollsystem der Schutzgemeinschaft der Fruchtsaftindustrie e.V. (SGF), Deutschland, teil. Alle von uns hergestellten Fruchtpürees und Konzentrate erfüllen die entsprechenden Vorgaben des europäischen Fruchtsaftverbandes (AIJN).

The Palio of Ferrara is the oldest in the world. As a matter of fact in 1279 the Commune of Ferrara recognized a folk tradition started about 20 years before to celebrate the victory of the Marquis and Lord of the town Azzo VII Novello d'Este in 1259. The first prize for the winner of the race was "the palio", a piece of cloth.
The tradition of the Palio had great fame during the dukedom period but was interrupted in 1860.
There are significant testimonies about its past from a lot of chroniclers of the time. Even the great Italian poet Ludovico Ariosto wrote about the Palio of Ferrara in his masterpiece Orlando Furioso, and the famous painter Francesco del Cossa frescoed the walls of Schifanoia Palace in Ferrara with scenes of the Palio.
The Historical Procession
The Historical Procession of the Palio of Ferrara is formed by about 1,100 people wearing typical Ferrara costumes of the 15th century. These people are divided into `dame' (Ladies), `Cavalieri' (Lords), `Gonfalonieri' (people carrying the banner with the symbol of the `contrada' painted or embroidered on it), `Armigeri' (warriors), `Musici' (musicians), and `Sbandieratori' (people who execute traditional exercises with flags).
Beside being part of the Palio, the people forming the Historical procession have been present at numerous folk shows, in Italy and abroad as well, making themselves admired expecially for their beautiful costumes and the skill of the sbandieratori.

Der Palio von Ferrara ist das älteste Pferderennen der Welt. Im Jahr 1279 wurde der zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits seit 20 Jahren stattfindende Palio zu einer offiziellen Veranstaltung der Gemeinde Ferrara, um den Sieg des Markgrafen von Ferrara, Azzo VII Novello d'Este, im Jahr 1259 zu feiern. Als Preis wurde dem Gewinner des Rennens „der Palio“ überreicht – ein Stück Tuch.
Die Tradition dieses Pferderennens erfreute sich besonders während des Spätmittelalters und der Renaissance großer Beliebtheit, wurde jedoch ab dem Jahr 1860 unterbrochen.
Viele Chronisten der Zeit haben Zeugnisse über seine bedeutende Vergangenheit hinterlassen. Sogar der große italienische Dichter Ludovico Ariosto schrieb über den Palio von Ferrara in seinem Meisterwerk Orlando Furioso und im Palazzo Schifanoia befinden sich Fresken mit Motiven des Palio von dem berühmten Maler Francesco del Cossa an den Wänden.
Der Festzug
Am historischen Festzug des Palio von Ferrara nehmen etwa 1.100 Menschen in traditionellen Kostümen aus dem 15. Jahrhundert teil. Die Menschen verkleiden sich als Edelfrauen und Edelmänner, Fahnenträger (Träger der Fahne mit dem aufgestickten oder gemalten Wappen des jeweiligen Stadtviertels), Ritter, Musiker und Fahnenschwinger.
Neben dem Palio sieht man die Teilnehmer des historischen Umzugs auch bei zahlreichen anderen Veranstaltungen in Italien und dem Ausland, wobei besonders die wunderschönen Kostüme bewundert und das Geschick der Fahnenschwinger bestaunt werden.
