I have worked for twelve years as a Spanish, Dutch and English teacher. The last 4 years I have been working as a legal interpreter for the Venezuelan justice system, mostly in penal cases. Also I regularly translate for the local and state police. My work there exists of simultaneous translating and the translation of documents. I own my own language academy and a consultant agency for foreign prisoners in Venezuela. Due to my work as an interpreter I have come to know a lot about penal and general law. During my twelve years as a teacher I have written 8 educational books for language teaching in English, Spanish, and Dutch.

So far I have translated a religious book for a private group, many legal documents, manuals of appliances, mobile phone user-manuals and programming manuals. I have experience in simultaneous interpretations, whispered interpretations, and spoken interpretations. As writing is a hobby of mine, I write music, lyrics and short stories, written translations are what I like doing mostly.
