PREÎNCĂLZITOR DE AER ROTATIV

1. DESCRIERE CONSTRUCTIVĂ
Preîncălzitorul de aer rotativ, desen nr. T-19/26.07-000 şi
T-19/26.07-001, este un schimbător de căldură gaze de ardere-aer la care transferul de căldură între gazele de ardere şi aerul de combustie al cazanului de abur se face prin intermediul unei mase acumulatoare de căldură.
Prezentul preîncălzitor de aer rotativ este conceput pentru focare cu cărbune pulverizat de la cazanul de 1035 tabur/h-lignit fără îngustare.
Cazanul de abur 1035 t/h lignit fără îngustare -Turceni este echipat cu 2 (două) preîncălzitoare de aer rotative, PAR execuţia A şi PAR execuţia B, cu sensurile de rotaţie ale rotoarelor în opoziţie.
1.1. Descrierea generală a sistemului
Preîncălzitorul de aer rotativ este construit din următoarele părţi principale:
- rotorul;
- masa schimbătoare de căldură;
- lagărele;
- carcasa şi scheletul metalic de susţinere al PAR (mantaua PAR, construcţiile de susţinere superioară şi inferioară, inelul de susţinere superior şi inferior, portalele I / II, grinda suport rotor, sprijinirea partea fixă);
- canalele de racord aer şi gaze de ardere;
- sistemul de etanşări “aer-gaze de ardere”;
- etanşările pe arborele rotorului;
- sistemul de acţionare;
- sistemul de curăţire a suprafeţelor schimbătoare de căldură;
- instalaţii şi dispozitive auxiliare:
- dispozitiv pentru supravegherea rotaţiei rotorului PAR;
- instalaţie pentru detectarea şi semnalizarea incendiului la PAR;
- instalaţie pentru stingerea incendiului PAR;
- alimentarea cu apă răcire lagăre;
- conducte pentru aer de etanşare;
- recirculare gaze;
- dispozitiv de demontare;
- dispozitiv de ridicare a rotorului.

ROTATING AIR PREHEATER

1. CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW
The rotating air preheater, design T-19/26.07-000 and T-19/26.07-001 is an exchanger of heat flue gas–air at which the heat transfer between the flue gas and the combustion air from the steam boiler is made by means of a heat-accumulating medium.
The present rotating air preheater is designed for furnaces using dust coal from the 1035 t steam/h – lignite narrowing free boiler.
The 1035 t steam/h – lignite narrowing free steam boiler is fitted with 2 (two) rotating air preheaters, PAR design A and PAR design B, with opposite rotation of the rotors.

1.1. The main components of the system
The rotating air preheater has the following main components:
- rotor;
- heat exchanger medium;
- bearings;
- housing and PAR metal support frame (PAR mantle, upper and lower support structures, upper and lower support ring, portals I/II, rotor support beam, immovable part prop)
- air and flue gases ducts;
- air–flue gas seals ;
- rotor shaft seals;
- actuating system;
- cleaning system for heat exchange plates;
- auxilliary facilities and devices:
- PAR rotor rotation checking device;
- PAR fire detection and signaling device;
- PAR fire fighting device;
- cooling water feed for bearings;
- air seal ducts;
- gases recirculation;
- dismounting device;
- rotor hoisting device.

ANATOMIA TULPINII LA POLYGONUM MITE SCHRANK

Secţiunea transversală prin tulpina de Polygonum mite este semicirculară, cu o parte convexă şi o parte uşor concavă. Diametrul mare al tulpinii măsoară între 2507 şi 2725 μm iar diametrul mic între 2071 şi 2125 μm. Epiderma este unistratificată, cu stomate prezente şi este acoperită de cuticulă. Numeroase celule epidermale au grosimea mai mare decât lungimea; grosimea celulelor epidermei variază de la 11,62 la 16,60 μm, în timp ce lungimea lor de la 9,96 la 19,92 μm. Grosimea cuticulei şi a peretelui extern al celulelor epidermice măsoară 3,32-4,15 μm.

Scoarţa (cortexul) este 5-stratificată, colenchimatizată (colenchim angular); straturile externe ale scoarţei (2-3 straturi) sunt puternic colenchimatizate. Celulele endodermei sunt alungite tangenţial şi în mod evident mai mari decât celelalte celule corticale. Grosimea scoarţei măsoară de la 93,75 la 112,50 μm, iar cea a endodermei 14,52 - 24,41 μm. În interiorul scoarţei sunt vizibile numeroase celule care conţin cloroplaşti şi ursini; sub epidermă, în dreptul stomatelor, se observă camere substomatice. În grosimea scoarţei există spaţii lacunare înconjurate de câte 7-8 celule corticale. Periciclul este reprezentat de o bandă continuă formată din 2 straturi de celule cu pereţii lignificaţi în dreptul fasciculelor vasculare şi din 3 straturi de celule lignificate în zonele interfasciculare. Grosimea periciclului variază între 21,78 şi 43,56 μm.

Fasciculele vasculare sunt colaterale, cu liberul dispus imediat sub periciclu. Au formă ovală sau circulară şi sunt înconjurate de un inel format din 1-3 straturi de celule lignificate. Fasciculele vasculare au mărimi variate; parte din ele sunt mici, cu lungimea măsurând de la 62,5 la 125 μm şi sunt predominant constituite din ţesut liberian. Înspre partea internă a fasciculelor mai mari, care măsoară între 112.5 şi 175 μm, se observă un parenchim celulozic. Numărul fasciculelor vasculare mari este dublu (30) comparativ cu numărul fasciculelor vasculare mici.

Către partea plană a tulpinii se observă 2 fascicule vasculare mari, înconjurând cinci de dimensiuni mici. Diametru vaselor lemnoase variază de la 18,26 la 36,52 μm.

Măduva este compusă din 3-4 straturi de celule mari, rotunjite, cu pereţi subţiri şi spaţii intercelulare. Celulele medulare au mărimea de la 25.41 la 90.75 μm, în timp ce grosimea măduvei (până la lacuna medulară) este de la 187,5 la 343,75 μm. Unele celule ale măduvei conţin taninuri. În mijlocul secţiunii transversale prin tulpină se găseşte o lacună medulară măsurând de la 1000 la 1032 μm.

ANATOMY OF THE POLYGONUM MITE SCHRANK STEM

The transversal section through the stem of Polygonum mite is semi-circular, having one convex side and one slightly concave side. The longest diameter of the stem measures 2507 to 2725 μm and the shortest diameter 2071 to 2125 μm.
The epidermis is one-layered, stomata are present, and is covered by cuticle. Numerous epidermal cells have their thickness longer than their wideness; the thickness of the epidermal cells varies from 11.62 to 16.60 μm, while their length from 9.96 to 19.92 μm. The thickness of the cuticle and of the outer wall of the epidermal cells measures 3.32-4.15 μm.

The cortex 5-layered, collenchymatised (angular collenchyma); the external layers of the cortex (2-3 layers) are strongly collenchymatised. The endodermal cells are tangentially elongated and obviously bigger than the other cortex cells. The thickness of the cortex measures from 93.75 to 112.50 μm and the thickness of the endodermis 14.52 to 24.41 μm. Inside the cortex numerous cells containing chloroplasts and ursins are visible; under the epidermis, beneath the stomata, substomatal chambers can be seen. In the depth of the cortex there are lacuna surrounded by 7-8 cortex cells.
The pericycle is represented by a continuous strip made up of 2 layers of cells with lignified walls above the vascular bundle and of 3 layers of lignified cells in the interfascicular areas. The thickness of the pericycle varies from 21.78 to 43.56 μm.

The vascular bundles are colateral, with the phloem placed immediately below the pericycle. They are oval or round and are surrounded by a ring of 1-3 layers of lignified cells. The vascular bundles are of different sizes; part of them are little, with their length measuring 62.5 to 125 μm and are predominantly made of phloemic tissue. Towards the internal part of the bigger bundles, which measure 112.5 to 175 μm, a cellulosic parenchyma can be noticed. The larger vascular bundles are double (30) in number compared with the little vascular bundles.

Towards the flat side of the stem, two large vascular bundles can be noticed, surrounding five small-sized ones. The diameter of the xylem vessels varies from 18.26 to 36.52 μm.

The pith is composed of 3-4 layers of big, round cells, with thin walls and intercellular spaces . The pith cells are 25.41 to 90.75 μm large, while the thickness of the pith (up to the medullar lacuna) is 187,5 to 343,75 μm. Some pith cells contain tanins. In the middle of the transversal section through the stem, there is a medullar lacuna measuring 1000 to 1032 μm.

Bio
I am a passionate translator and interpreter with Romanian as my native language and English and French as studied languages since early childhood. I remember that I used to enjoy any spare time I had with translations from tales and novels. I graduated agricultural and economic university studies and so I had the chance to specialize my foreign languages capabilities in these fields. After graduating from the University of Agronomical Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest I took up master courses in sustainable horticulture. Then, as assistant professor at the same university, I taught botany practical lessons to first year students and performed botany research. During those years I translated many scientific papers concerning botany and plant physiology.

Meanwhile I accumulated another kind of experience as part of a management team of a real estate project for which I was in charge of the communication with the foreign investors. I also translated materials for the automotive industry, from English and French into Romanian.

In 2010 I was authorized by the Romanian Ministry of Justice to act as an English<>Romanian translator and interpreter.
