Bio
Hello.

My name is Michael Moser.

I was born in the German speaking part of Italy, called Südtirol.

I grew up with German being my mother tongue and Italian as second language.
I started having Italian lessons already at elementary school and it increased all the time till now.

I went 3 years to a German high school and 2 years to an Italian one.
After that i went to study languages and literatures at the University of Bologna .

So i lived there and talked nearly exclusively Italian for 4 years .
Apart from university, where i had German and English as my main courses.

I did not finish university. I simply found there was too much literature and too little languages.
So i decided to move to Sheffield in England , to be able and talk my favourite language, which is English .

I already knew English pretty well, before i moved there. This is because i learned it trough music. (i really did)
After 17 months there, working in a telemarketing solution call centre, i moved back to Italy.

I am new in the translation business, so i know, how difficult it might be, for me, to get started.
I do not have a bachelors degree.

But i am very confident, about my language skills and consider myself "tri-lingual".

In these 3 languages I am also completely confident about orthography.
I read a lot in my free time, and i consider myself to be literate enough, to not translate word by word, but understanding AND translating the meaning of each sentence.

I believe in honesty, and I am a reliable person.

I hope somebody who reads this, gives me the chance to make some experience, which seems to be very important in this business and the chance to proof my abilities in these three languages.

In order to do that, i am willing to translate a free test page, if required.

Yours sincerely

Michael Moser
