Na polju odbranbene industrije Republike Turske i Republuke Bosne i Hercegovine koristeći se svojim mogućnostima i radeći posao zajednički sa ciljem ojačanja prijateljskih i ekonomskih veza između zemalja kojima pripadaju stranke potpisuju dole navedeni ugovor:
1-Na polju odbranbene industrije stranke se obavezuju na zajedničku izradu projekata za ulaganje, njihovo ostvarivanje i finansiranje te se obavezuju na saradnju u vezi prodaje proizvoda.
2-U vezi odbranbene industrije svojih zemalja, stranke se obavezuju na istraživanje potencijala proizvodnje i prodaje proizvoda.
3-Stranke će uzajamno dijeliti infromacije po pitanju ulaganja i rada odbranbene industrije kao i iskustava.
4-Stranke će zajednički nastupati na polju međunarodne saradnje i predstavljanja (svaka u svom području-dopisano rukom).
5-Stranke će na polju odbranbene industrije svaka u svojoj zemlji predstavljati jedna drugu u javnom i privatnom sektoru.
6-Stranke će nastupati zajedno u drugim zemljama, tj. inostranstvu, na polju ulaganja i prodaje te izradi projekata.
7-Po pitanju atkivnosti i poslova koje će obavljati, stranke se obavezuju da će se djelovati na princpu tajnosti dijeljenja informacija i dokumenata.
Translation - English
In the field of Military Defense Industry of Republic of Turkey and Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina with their own capabilities, making business together, at the same time with aim of improving friendship and economic relations between their countries, parties have signed the agreement below:
1-In the realm of Military Defense Industry parties are obliged in common making of projects, their realization, financing and they are also obliged in cooperation with regard to the sale of products.
2-In regard to the Military Defense Industry of their countries parties are obliged in collecting information for developing of new products and potential markets for their sale.
3-Parties will in the realm of Military Defense Industry investing and work in their countries share information and experiences mutually.
4-In the realm of international presentation and cooperative activities parties will perform together, each in its own field.
5-In the filed of Military Defense Industry, each party will represent each other in its own country in public and private sector.
6-In abroad parties will perform together in regard of investing, sale activities, projecting and organizing.
7-For all activities and studies that they are going to perform, parties are obliged to act in accordance of secrecy principles for documents and information.
