Bio
Hi, my name is Elena and I’m a Russian living in the Philippines. I’ve taken up translation as early as 10 years ago, starting out as freelance (a student myself back in the day), then getting employed by a Moscow based translation agency. I’ve traveled for work a lot - India, Turkey, Lebanon, now Philippines; my last language-related job was as an ESL instructor at Enderun College in Manila. Nowadays I continue with my other job as well as translating documents for a few trusted clients that stuck with me over the years. I mainly translate personal documents, however, I have an extensive experience of interpreting at business negotiations. I have recently completed a course in Economic Translation and I’d love to try it out professionally. Sometimes I also do subtitling. Don’t hesitate to contact me or ask for any further information.
