Data Protection Legislation means Directive 95/46 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (as amended from time to time) and any applicable laws implementing or replacing it including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the EU Directive (as amended or replaced from time to time and including, where applicable, any laws implementing it);
Party includes a reference to that party's successors and permitted assigns.
4.1 The Data Processor shall only process the personal data on behalf of the Data Controller in accordance with the written instructions of the Data Controller, including with regard to transfers of the personal data to third countries or international organisations, unless the Data Processor is required to do so under any law to which the Data Processor is subject. In that case, the Data Processor shall inform the Data Controller of such a requirement in writing before the Data Controller processes the personal data unless the applicable law prohibits this on important grounds of public interest.

Most studies say that people actually work only half of the time they are on the job. And don´t ask me to cite to those studies - I didn´t actually have time to do the work to find the studies. I was too busy goofing off. You know about goofing off, don´t you? You do it about half the time you are 'at work'. But I have heard about those studies, and they almost all say that people only work about half the time. The rest of the time is spent socializing, eating, griping, writing e-mails, surfing the Web, drinking coffee, daydreaming, going to the bathroom more than you need to, and stretching every break from fifteen minutes to twenty-five minutes and lunch hour to seventy-five minutes. This translates into a 50 percent effort from 100 percent of the employees. And the reason it goes by unchecked is because every single person in the company is doing it - from the janitor to the CEO.
