I have worked in a plasma derivatives company for over 30 years, experiencing a broad range of manufacturing processes and later being engaged in post-marketing surveillance to assess safety of products. Before moving on to the surveillance devision, I also worked for several years in an external organization of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (Japanese health care authority) to translate or summarize regulatory news in US and Europe (English) into Japanese and to put on the homepage.
