اولاً مفيش سعر محدد للتصميم و لكن فية رينج أو مدى ، و المدى ده يعتمد على اشياء اساسية هى:
* صعوبة الموقع او التصميم
* التقتنيات المستخدمة فى تصميم الموقع و نشرة
* عدد الصفحات و الصور او شرائح الحركة اذا كان فلاش
* اسم العميل و مركزة و حجمة
* اسم المصمم و سمعتة و سنين خبرتة
أنسب طريقة اراها فى حساب سعر الموقع هى تحديد النقاط السابقة و حساب تمن الموقع كمشروع ، وهناك ايضا طريقة تعتمد على تقسيم الموقع لعناصر اساسية، مثل برنامج تغيير البانر و مقدمة متحركة فلاش الخ ... و لكل عنصر ثمن و يتم جمع هذه الارقام و تقديم الاجمالى للعميل
و يمكن ايضا ان تحسب الموضوع بلمشروع بمعنى ان موقع ثابت من 5 الى 10 صفحات و بينهم فلاش يساوى من 3 الى 5 الاف جنيها مثلاً .
وهناك طريقة حساب الوقت و التى لا أحبذها كثيراً، فحساب الوقت ليس معيار لان ما يمكن إنجازة فى وقت معين مثلاً بالنسبة لمصمم يختلف منه لاخر ! فما جدوى ذلك ! ومع ذلك فمن خبرتى المتواضعة وجدت ان ساعة المصمم تتراوح من 25 و الى 150 جنية مصرى و يمكن اكثر حسب خبرة و إنتاجية و إبداع المصمم
ان فى غالب الامر من يسأل هذا السؤال وهو " ما سعر ما اصنعة من تصميمات " يكون جديد العهد بالمهنة او يريد ان يعرف ارقام السوق او الارقام والاسعار المتداولة

ما هى الملفات المطلوب تسليمها مع المشروع ؟
الملفات المطلوبة هية الملفات الازمة لتشغيل الموقع – و ممكن ايضاً ملفات المصدر الاساسية اذا طلب العميل ذلك و يمكن ان يشترط مبلغ اكبر فى هذه الحالة

Translation - Arabic I often get asked this question even within the group so I wanted to clarify this so that people may know how to set the rate.
First of all there is no set rate for designing there are ranges and these ranges depend on some basic points:
The complexity of the site or the design
The technology used for designing and publishing the site
The number of pages and pictures or slides if it is a flash presentation
The name, position and size of the client
The name of the designer, his reputation and the amount of years of experience
The best method in my view of quoting for a website is to determine the above points and quote for the website as a project. There is also a different method where the website is divided into basic elements such as the banner changing program and an animated flash introduction etc… Each element has its rate, the figures are then added and the total sum is presented to the client.
It is also possible to quote for the whole project: i.e. a static website comprising of 5 to 10 pages including a flash will cost 3 to 5 thousand Pounds for example.
There is also the method of counting by the time spent which I do not prefer. Counting time is not a criterion because what a designer may achieve in a particular amount of time may not be the same for another! So what is the point! Still according to my humble experience I found that an hour of a designer’s labour ranges between 25 and 150 Egyptian Pounds and even more depending on the expertise, output and creativity of the designer.
Actually most of the time the person asking this question: “what is the price of the designs I make” is new to the profession and wants to know the market price or the current rates.
The following table shows the approximate rates of some graphical elements including website designing.
What are the files that need to be submitted with the project?
The files needed are the ones necessary to make the website function – it can also be the basic source files if the client requires them. A higher amount can be imposed as a condition in that situation.
The files of the site if it is a HTML site (static). The files are the following ones if they are used.
