Source text - Albanian On 06.10.2010, at17:30 hrs, in X city, a truck with woods was stopped. When checking documents it was concluded that the driver of the truck, X.Y. did not posses documents for woods that he was carrying. Therefore, police patrol called Municiapl Inpectors and handed over, the driver and the truck with woods to them. On 7.10.2010 at 15:00 hrs, X.Y. came to report that Inspectors of X Municipality confiscated 5 meters of wood and instead issuing a confiscation certificate to him, they gave him 50 Euros after X.Y. unloaded these woods at X.X's yard.
The case is initiated and after consulting with the Public Prosecutor, it came to a decision for this case to be proceeded under regular procedure.
Translation - English Me 06.10.2010, ne ora 17:30 ne qytetin X, nje kamion me drunje eshte ndaluar. pasi qe i kemi kontrolluar dokumentet, kemi ardhur ne perfundim se ngasesi i kamionit X.Y. nuk posedonte dokumentet per drunjet qe po i barte. Keshtuqe, patrulla policore ka thirr Inspektoret Komunal dhe iá ka dorezuar ngasesin dhe kamionin me drunje. Me 7.10.2010 ne ora 15:00, X.Y. ka ardhe te raportoj se Inspektoret nga Komuna X, kane konfiskuar 5 metra drunje dhe ne vend se t'i leshojn certifikat, ata i'a kane dhene 50 euro pasi qe X.Y i ka shkarkuar drunjet ne oborrin e X.X.
Rasti eshte hapur dhe pas konsultimit me Prokurorin Publik, kemi marr vendim qe ky rast te procesohet ne procedure te rregullt.

I have a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. I work as a full time Language Assistant in three languages (English, Albanian and Serbian) for EULEX in Kosovo for the Police Component within Strengthening Department. My tasks are to provide consecutive, face to face and simultaneous translation. I also provide translation of various law documents. I have worked as a Language Assistant for more then 10 years.
