Bio
With 15 years experience of the restaurant business, my speciality lies within this area. It includes; marketing material, menus, food and wine, tasting-formulas, conference material etc. Target group adaptation/localization is also something that you learn after many years within the business. Interior design and science are other areas that I have big interest in. Teaching materials is something else of interest since I once was studying towards a degree as a science teacher.

Profile

I am a positive person who grew up in Gothenburg, who has tried a number of occupations over the years. The last 15 years have been in the restaurant business, part time working during studies and fulltime otherwise. The English language has been something important in my life since Sweden became a part of the European Union. I decided then that I needed to learn the language properly (in school, I studied English from the age of nine). Therefore, I moved to London May -97 and stayed there until April -01. During these four years I learned to love the language. I then studied English and Swedish at the university in Gothenburg and after that a translation course at Stockholm University. Now I have started my own company as a freelance translator.
