I am fully bilingual. I was brought up in an English-speaking family in Argentina. I attended a bilingual school, lived for one year in the UK, obtained my Bachelor and Post-graduate Degrees in Argentine universities and worked for eight years at the British Embassy in Buenos Aires.

In the past I have done sporadic freelance translations for university professors, private companies and government offices. Translations from English into Spanish and Spanish into English were one of my tasks at the British Embassy. I relocated to Germany in 2002 and am currently beginning to work as a full-time freelance translator.

Rates will depend on the assignment. As an indication: 0.05-0.10 EUR per source word for translations and 20-25 EUR per hour for proof-reading/editing.
