About me
I am a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where I majored in German with a minor in Linguistics. During the 2009/2010 School year, I studied abroad at the Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) in Cottbus, near Berlin, where I studied Computer Science, taking my classes in German. As a result, I have received in-context exposure to software and programming related vocabulary in both English and German.

During my year in Germany I worked on two translation/proofreading projects for the Department of Architecture at BTU, one involved the translation and proofreading of several articles for a conference, the other focused a bit more on proofreading and involved several articles that were to be printed in a book published by the Department of Architecture.
