A Entidade Executante obriga-se a fornecer preços unitários que serão mantidos na eventualidade de alteração dos volumes aqui quantificados.

The Technical Specifications of these tender documents are organized by sections intrinsically related to the working drawings, schedules and quantities, which should all be taken into consideration when establishing prices and work required for each item.
Generally, these technical specifications are set out under 4 headings (materials to be used, workmanship, tolerances, criteria for measurement) to be used in the establishment of unit costs.
The Contractor undertakes to submit unit prices, which shall be maintained if there is an alteration in the stated quantities.
