My native language being English, I generally translate from Turkish into English, although I have, on occasion, done the reverse. Most of my experience is with scientific translation (medical in particular), but I am also capable of literary translation.

I hold a BA in English Literature from the University of Arizona, and I have several years' experience working as an English editor and translator at TUBITAK (the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey). I am an American who lived in Ankara, Turkey, from 1992 to 2001. I currently live in Tucson, Arizona.
