I translate from Japanese to English. I am particularly interested in doing work that requires good writing skills such as business-related/brochure type material, speeches, reports and so on.

I have been working as a freelance translator for over 10 years and am registered as an official translator/proofreader for the University of Hokkaido. I have also served as an editor for the Kitasato School of Medicine.
I have undertaken work for numerous translation companies throughout Japan, including Berlitz.
I usually charge 15-20 yen per English word, depending on content and deadline
