I have a college degree in Geography and post-graduate in International Relations, though most of my work so far has been focused on my real passion: writing and translating.

I've been a translator for over 10 years now, specialized in technical documents from my previous experience in a translation company, and am now taking courses to update and hone my skills in literary translations as well.

Though my training and experience range from a wide variety of topics, mechanical, engineering and telecom documents are my most confortable topics in regards to patents and patent-related translations. For academic documents, my degrees in Geography and International Relations are finally able to shine, and political themes are my favorite. I also have a very good understanding of legal documents due to my former experience as a translator and a manager of said translation company.

I am very passionate about words and their meaning, and am fully aware of the importance of keeping deadlines and mantaining an open channel of communication with clients. My previous job has given me experience not only with translations but also with project management, which makes me very aware of the importance of my role in cooperating to make the whole process run as smoothly as possible.
