Personal
I started out as a freelance translator in 2003, doing some technical jobs in the field of Economics. Then I made myself busy working as an English teacher in several ESL courses in Brazil. It was not until last year (2011) that I decided to focus on being a full-time translator.

I have completed several technical papers in Biology, Marine Biology and Business Management, translating them from Portuguese into English. I would really love to have the opportunity to work on translations somewhat related to my field of work, which is Arts and Humanities. But Sciences, Finances, Business, Tourism and whatnots are plenty of fun, too.

I have also worked as a freelance writer and content developer for some Brazilian websites.

I do firmly believe in curiosity, accuracy, knowledge and cunning.
