Spanish to English and English to Spanish translator with over twenty-five years experience in technical, commercial and computing fields (IT, software and web localization). I have worked freelance and in-house for small and large corporations. I hold a first-class honours degree in Modern Languages and I am also qualified and certified (with distinctions), by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce as a commercial translator. I am TRADOS Certified and I also hold several other computing qualifications including New Clait and ECDL. I currently do a lot of work on the Web, translating Web sites and sub-contracting other translators for the same. I am also employed on a permanent basis as a software localization engineer for Intel.

Many years working in Latin America as an Operations Manager for the Tourism Board and as a freelance interpreter and translator. Over 15 years as a freelancer in the United Kingdom. Many years experience on computers from DOS to Windows to UNIX.
