I graduated Washington & Jefferson College in 2010 with a dual degree in International Business & French. During my junior year, I participated in an exchange program in Lyon & Montpellier, France. While in Lyon I attended a two week intensive French language course. In Montpellier I was enrolled in a business program composed of 8 modules. Modules covered business policy, international negotiations, marketing, financial management, and European Trade. As part of my study abroad experience, I lived with a French family in order to practice my day to day French language skills.
After I returned to the U.S., I completed my French major with a 15 page final paper discussing and analyzing African novels covered in my senior capstone class. I received an A on my final paper and an overal 3.8 GPA of my French major.
I am looking to utilizing my skills in translating documents of a wide variety from French to English.
