About me

I am a Japanese-English/English-Japanese translator and interpreter with JLPT N-1 Certification. I am a native English speaker and I specialize in technical documents and legal documents.

I studied Japanese at Hiroshima University and the University of Calgary. I received my Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N-1 Certificate in 2011 after having completed my level 2 certificate in 2004.

I have degrees in Computer Science and Law and experience translating technical documents and legal documents. While living in Japan, I worked for a multinational electronics corporation in an all-Japanese environment and I interpreted at meetings between international teams. After returning to Canada I completed my law degree and now practice law.

Please forward me your documents in Microsoft Word format or PDF format and I will send you an estimate right away. For your convenience, I have translated this letter as an example of my work and posted it on my profile.
