4. No prazo de garantia as partes, peças e componentes eventualmente defeituosos serão trocados gratuitamente, sem custo da mão de obra aplicada.
5. Por ser uma garantia complementar á legal, fica convencionado que esta garantia perderá totalmente a sua validade se ocorrer uma das hipóteses a seguir:
A. Se o defeito eventualmente apresentado for ocasionado pelo Sr. Consumidor ou terceiros estranhos ao fabricante.
B. Se o produto foi examina, alterado, adulterado, fraudado, ajustado, corrompido ou consertado por pessoa não autorizada pelo fabricante.
C. Se qualquer peça, parte ou componente agregado ao produto, se caracterizar como não original, adequado ou novo e ainda, que não mantenha as especificações técnicas da ELGIN S.A.
6. Estão excluídos desta garantia os eventuais decorrentes do desgaste natural do produto, ter sofrido danos causados por acidentes ou agentes da natureza ou pela negligencia do Sr. Consumidor no descumprimento da instruções do manual do produto.
7. Esta garantia perderá a validade se o produto não for utilizado em serviço doméstico regular.

6. Eventual natural wearing of this product or damages caused by accidents or nature's agents, or by negligence of the client in the following of the Operation Manual is excluded for the terms of this warranty.
7. This warranty will lose its validity if the product is not used in regular domestic services.
8. In case the product presents defect, the client should take it to the closest Authorized Terminal Service for Technical Assistance as part of your responsibility, so the proper repairs are done.
