Source text - German ANGABEN ZUR SICHEREN INSTALLATION
Einbaulage und Zugänglichkeit
Die Zylinder können im Allgemeinen in beliebigen Einbaulagen eingebaut werden.
Zulässige Belastungsrichtungen
DDer Einbau muss derart erfolgen, dass eine Belastung des Hydrozylinders stets nur in axialer Richtung erfolgen kann.
Das bedeutet, dass weder die Kolbenstange noch der Zylinder verspannt eingebaut werden dürfen.
Im verspannten Zustand ist von einer Zerstörung der Zylinderlaufflächen und einem vorzeitigen Ausfall der Dichtelemente auszugehen!
Die Zylinder sind für einen Betrieb bei dem auf Typenschild und Zusammenstellungszeichnung angegebenen Nenndruck (PS) zu betreiben.
Es ist durch entsprechende konstruktive Maßnahmen zu verhindern, dass z.B. in Folge von äusseren, mechanischen Belastungsstößen im Zylinder kurzzeitig höhere Druckspitzen als PS entstehen.
Verrohrungen und Verschraubungen
Verwendete Leitungen und Armaturen müssen stets dem Betriebsdruck der Hydraulikzylinder entsprechend ausgelegt sein (siehe Typenschild auf Zylindern und Komponenten)
Die Verrohrung der Hydraulikzylinder soll möglichst kurz und möglichst geradlinig verlaufen (dadurch verbesserte Sicherstellung des Ölaustausches und geringe Druckverluste).
Die Zahl der Verschraubungen soll so niedrig wie möglich gehalten werden, da jede Verschraubung das Risiko einer unerwünschten Leckage erhöht.
Qualität der Befestigungs-Schrauben
Die für den Einbau der Zylinder in die Maschinenanwendung verwendeten Schrauben müssen geeignet sein und eine ausreichende Festigkeitsklasse aufweisen.
Alle eingesetzten Befestigungsschrauben müssen so verbaut sein, dass diese frei von unzulässigen Verspannungen und Querkräften sind.
Verwendete Befestigungsschrauben sind gegen unzulässiges Lösen ausreichend zu sichern.

Il montaggio deve avvenire in modo che il carico venga applicato al cilindro idraulico sempre in direzione assiale.
Ciò significa che non è consentito montare le aste dei pistoni o i cilindri con un serraggio eccessivo.
Un serraggio difettoso può provocare la distruzione delle superfici di scorrimento dei cilindri e il danneggiamento prematuro degli elementi di tenuta!
I cilindri devono essere utilizzati con la pressione nominale (PS) indicata sulla targhetta del modello e nel disegno complessivo.
Con adeguate misure costruttive impedire che all'interno del cilindro si producano picchi di pressione superiori alla pressione nominale a causa, ad esempio, di carichi meccanici esterni.
Tubi e collegamenti a vite
I tubi e i raccordi utilizzati devono essere adeguatamente progettati per la pressione d'esercizio dei cilindri idraulici (vedere la targhetta del modello sui cilindri e sui componenti).
La tubazione dei cilindri idraulici deve essere il più breve e rettilinea possibile (per una migliore garanzia di ricambio dell'olio e minori perdite di pressione).
Il numero dei collegamenti a vite deve essere il più possibile limitato poiché ogni collegamento a vite aumenta il rischio di perdite indesiderate.
Qualità delle viti di fissaggio
Le viti utilizzate per il montaggio dei cilindri nella macchina devono essere adeguate e avere una sufficiente classe di resistenza.
Tutte le viti di fissaggio utilizzate devono essere montate in modo da evitare serraggi e forze trasversali non consentiti.
