سیستم‌های فولکسونومی بر اشتراک منابع در محیط وب متمرکز شده‌اند و به کاربران اجازه می‌دهند کلید واژه‌هایی را تحت عنوان تگ به منابع اختصاص دهند. کشف الگوهای بسته تکرارشونده سه تایی، یکی از ابزارهای مهم استخراج دانش در این سیستم‌ها محسوب می‌شود. حجم عظیم داده‌ها و همچنین تعداد ابعاد در این سیستم‌ها، شامل کاربران، تگ ها و منابع، کار داده کاوی را با چالش روبرو میکند. در این مقاله، یک روش جهت کشف تمامی الگوهای بسته تکرارشونده سه تایی، مبتنی بر گراف دو بخشی در فولکسونومی معرفی شده است. روش پیشنهادی با تجزیه مجموعه داده به گراف‌های دو بخشی بدون اشتراک از یکدیگر و اعمال سریع‌ترین الگوریتم کشف الگوهای بسته تکرار شونده دوتایی دلخواه بر هر بخش، باعث می‌شود تا حجم مجموعه داده در راستای ارضای محدودیت‌های مسئله کاهش یافته و باعث افزایش سرعت کاوش الگوهای بسته تکرار شونده سه تایی شود. بدین منظور در این روش از الگوریتم FpGrowth استفاده شده است. گراف دو بخشی بر روی دو بعد با حجم داده بالاتر ایجاد می‌شود و داده‌های بعد کم حجم‌تر به عنوان ورودی FpGrowth انتخاب می‌شود. در نهایت با کشف گراف‌های کامل دو بخشی ایجاد شده مرتبط با هر الگوی بسته تکرار شونده دو تایی، به الگوهای بسته تکرار شونده سه تایی دست خواهیم یافت. با توجه به اینکه تشخیص گراف‌های دو بخشی کامل در یک گراف یک مسئله NP است، در این روش مرحله به مرحله از حجم داده‌ها در راستای رسیدن به جواب نهایی کم می‌شود و کشف گراف‌های کامل دو بخشی در بین داده‌های کوچک به سادگی صورت می‌گیرد. آزمایش بر روی یک مجموعه داده‌ی واقعی برگرفته از سایت Delicious و مقایسه نتایج حاصل با الگوریتم مشابه در حوزه فولکسونومی با نام TRIAS نشان می‌دهد روش ارائه شده از لحاظ زمانی، به صورت کاراتری می‌تواند الگوهای های بسته تکرار شونده سه تایی را، استخراج کند.

Translation - English Abstract:
Folksonomy systems focus on resource sharing in a web environment and allow users to allocate key words as tags to resources. Discovering closed ternary frequent patterns is considered one of the most important tools for knowledge extraction in these systems. The huge volume of data and the number of dimensions in the system, including users, tags and resources, are challenging for data mining. In this paper, a method for discovering all the closed ternary frequent patterns, based on bipartite graph in folksonomy is introduced. The proposed procedure splits the data set into bipartite graphs without the participation of each graph, and the fastest algorithm for finding closed frequent patterns on each binary choice, reduces the volume of the data sets in order to solve the problem limitations, and increases the speed of analysis in closed ternary frequent patterns. FpGrowth algorithm method is used for this purpose. Bipartite graph on two dimensions is generated by the higher volume of data, and the next lower volume of data is selected as FpGrowth input. Finally, by discovering the generated complete bipartite graphs related to each closed frequent binary pattern, we will achieve closed ternary frequent patterns. Considering that determining complete bipartite graphs in a graph is an NP problem; in this method, step by step the data volume is reduced in order to reach the final answer, and discovering of the complete bipartite graphs among the small size data is easily gained. Testing on a real data set taken from “delicious” website, and comparing the results with the same algorithm in the field of folksonomy called “TRIAS” shows that the provided method in terms of the time, can more effectively extract closed ternary frequent patterns.

When yoga first began, thousands of years ago, the only “equipment” needed was the human body and the ground. But that began to change about 60 years ago, when B.K.S. Iyengar, developer of the style of yoga known as Iyengar, introduced many of the props we use today, says Carol Krucoff, an instructor certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists and by Yoga Alliance, the world’s largest nonprofit yoga association that certifies teachers and schools. Krucoff is also author of the book Yoga Sparks: 108 Easy Practices for Stress Relief in a Minute or Less.
“The idea behind props was to make poses accessible to people of all body types,” says Krucoff. “Using props can help approximate the intention of the pose in a safe manner so you don’t have to force your body into some shape.”
Chairs can be used as props in a variety of ways, says Krucoff. Older individuals or those with limited mobility due to health conditions may have an easier time performing some seated yoga poses in a chair rather than sitting on the ground, she says.
Sitting on the floor often can lead to poor posture because most people just aren’t used to it, says Krucoff. “Sitting on the edge of a chair can help you sit up tall while you do different poses and can help build strength in the core of the body.”
Some forms of yoga use specially designed yoga chairs that look like a typical metal folding chair without the backrest, says Krucoff. “These can be used in standing poses and backbends,” she says.
