Giving Lectures in English to Arab Bank staff and supervising the English Language Program for developing and upgrading the employees' proficiency and competence in English, using general and specific English language idiomatic terms and expressions on business and banking-oriented topics, given at the Training Department of the Bank in Amman, in cooperation with other part-time lecturers from various academic institutions and universities in Jordan. Moreover, I was responsible for an English Testing & Evaluation Program, which was devised specifically to screen and select well-qualified job applicants, as new Bank staff to fill vacancies, and to promote capable persons from the current employees to assume higher and/or managerial positions. As a result of this function, I designed a large collection of English Tests, which were administered to Arab Bank staff, job applicants and current employees, throughout the Middle East region wherever Bank branches existed and operated.

In 1991, I was promoted to Senior Translation Specialist, and the new job description entailed further tasks and responsibilities: such as checking, correcting, and refining translation assignments performed by other translators, to ensure high quality and absolutely error-free translation final products.
