Why do I translate? Personally, because I am passionate about languages. But most importantly, because translation spreads information and allows a much bigger audience to access this information. Let's finish the Tower of Babel!
I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology, and translation in these two fields is therefore my main expertise. In addition, having studied social sciences both in English (2 years) and in French (4 years), I have an increased knowledge of the vocabulary in both languages. I can also translate documents related to public health. Indeed, I have worked more than two years for a national not for profit organisation fighting against cancer in a country that has two official languages: English and French. I have henceforth translated numerous documents from English to French to serve the purposes of this organisation.
I am also teaching private French lessons to English speakers and have been doing so for more than two years.
