Hello! My name is Alex and I have a lot of experience in English for my relatively young age.
I started studying English when I was 8th grade ( 13 years old) at the High School.
When I graduated School, I studied B2 and C1 English at my university (New Bulgarian University) for a year.
When I was 21 years old, I started my first English-spoken job as a tele-agent in a call center. The company for which I worked was called 'Call Point New Europe' and had a contract with one of the biggest 'rent-a-car' companies in the UK.
My job was to receive calls from potential customers who would like to get a rate for a rental car. I had to be a bit of a salesman in order to make more reservations, and also I had to learn some customer care skills to improve the quality of my work. My English got a whole lot better in the nine months I spent there, and I gained a lot of experience and confidence.
I am currently working as a customer service associate for a major online betting company, and I have been doing this for more than two and a half years.
My goal here is to improve my English so that I get really close to sounding like a native speaker.
Also I hope I can make some extra cash in my spare time, working as a translator.
