Source text - English Por las mañanas
Con un gran beso.
Puesto a horcajadas
Sobre mi pecho,
Con mis cabellos.
Ebrio él de gozo,
De gozo yo ebrio,
¡Qué suave espuela
Sus dos pies frescos!
Y yo besaba
Sus pies pequeños,
¡Dos pies que caben
En solo un beso!
Translation - Spanish In the mornings,
My little one would waken me with a great kiss.
Straddling my chest, using my hair as reins.
Drunk with joy, with joy I drank.
My little cowboy:
How soft were those little feet!
How he would smile, my little one
And I kissed his little feet, two feet I kissed with only one kiss!
