Source text - Portuguese O mercado de trabalho necessita de uma maior eficiência na condução dos projetos e, para tanto, diversas metodologias auxiliam na melhoria dos resultados obtidos por meio do gerenciamento de projetos, como as chamadas metodologias ágeis. O objetivo de tais metodologias é eliminar, conforme possível, processos que geralmente sobrecarregam a gestão, comumente presentes nas metodologias tradicionais, de forma a promover respostas rápidas para mudanças no decorrer do projeto. Com o intuito de motivar o uso de tais metodologias, ferramentas computacionais foram desenvolvidas. Porém, nem sempre tais ferramentas conseguem contemplar as necessidades básicas das empresas, pois existe uma grande dificuldade em automatizar com fidelidade as atividades desempenhadas hoje em um ambiente físico. Portanto, esse trabalho visa a integração de um componente que possibilite a utilização do framework ágil Scrum no contexto de uma ferramenta denominada Sistema de Apoio à Gerência de Projetos - SAGP, desenvolvida pelo Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Engenharia de Software, visando preencher as lacunas que existem no mercado por meio da simulação dos efeitos visuais obtidos pelos seus módulos quando utilizados manualmente.
Translation - English The market requires greater efficiency in conducting projects and, therefore, different methodologies assist in improving results through project management, such as the agile methodologies. The goal of these methodologies is to eliminate, as much as possible, processes that usually overwhelm the management, commonly present in traditional methodologies, in order to promote rapid responses to changes as the project progresses. In order to motivate the use of such methods, computational tools have been developed. However, they can not always cover the basic needs of companies because there is a great difficulty in automating activities performed faithfully today in a physical environment. Therefore, this work aims to integrate a component that allows the use of agile Scrum framework in the context of a tool called System to Aid Project Management - SAPM, developed by the Group Studies and Research in Software Engineering in order to fill the gaps that exist in the market by simulating the visual effects achieved by its modules when used manually.
