Overview
8-Ball billiards is played with seven striped and seven solid colored billiard balls, one cue ball (white ball) and one 8-ball (black ball) on a billiards table. Start by trying to sink either a solid or striped colored ball by using the cue ball to knock one in a pocket. The type of ball sunk determines which style of ball the player will continue playing.
The goal of the game is to first sink all balls of the player’s type, and then the 8-ball. If however the 8-ball is accidentally pocketed too soon, then the player loses by default. Furthermore, fouls can be given if the cue ball or wrong ball type is pocketed. The opponent may therefore place the cue ball anywhere on the table that would be most advantageous and continue playing.
To target the colored billiard balls with the cue ball, use your mouse. When moving the mouse a line will appear showing both the direction and the strength of your shot.

لمحة عامة عن اللعبة:
في لعبة البليارد ثُمانيِّة الكرات توجد على الطاولة سبع كرات موحدة اللون (ذات لون واحد) وسبع كرات اخرى ذات لونين (مخططة بخطٍ عريض) ، بالإضافة الى كرة بيضاء واخرى سوداء. في البداية تصوب الكرة البيضاء بإتجاه جميع الكرات الملونة، يجب أن تقوم بإدخال واحدة من الكرات في احدى حجرات الطاولة.
نوع الكرة التي أدخلت تحدد فئة الكرات الخاصة بكل لاعب.
هدف اللعبة أن يتم ادخال جميع الكرات التي تخص كل لاعب ثم الكرة السوداء، والتي في حال تم إدخالها قبل المرحلة المحددة تسبب خسارة اللعبة.
يمكن أن يرتكب اللاعبين أخطاء، كأن يتم إدخال الكرة البيضاء أو أن تلامس هذه الكرة; الكرات التي تخص اللاعب الأخر...الخ، يحق للخصم في هذه الحالة أن يضع الكرة البيضاء في المكان الذي يفضله على طاولة اللعب ثم يتابع اللعبة.
يتم تحريك الكرات الملونة بالكرة البيضاء بواسطة الفأرة، بمجرد وضع مؤشر الفأرة على الكرة البيضاء يظهر لك سهم يمكنك من خلاله تغيير إتجاه الكرة وتحديد قوة الضربة.
