Although my primary language is French, I attended an English university before moving to Ontario with my wife and son in 2009.
Coming to Ontario has allowed me to make use of my social and outgoing nature and strong people skills through several customer service positions. I have experience dealing with financial complaints, issues with warranties, and repairing banking errors. I am an excellent listener and patient with customer concerns, complaints or hesitations. I am also extremely efficient at resolving customer problems with a positive outcome by telephone, e-mail, or in-person. I am at ease working with Word and Excel and I am very comfortable with computers in general.
Although I have been working in customer service for several years now, I am also highly adaptable to new environments and a fast learner. I am not afraid to ask questions if they are necessary to getting the job done right. My bilingualism is key of this type of work (with my 2 years of translation experience) and I greatly enjoy having the opportunity to converse regularly in my native language.
