Since 1993 I have worked as a bilingual customer service representative. Since 1996 i have interpreted for US Immigration asylum and adjustment of status cases. Since 2005, I have interpreted in the courts and in 2007 I beacame a State Certified Court Interpreter in the United States, with active contracts in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. I am also actively listed as a translator and proofreader for the Administrative Office of the Courts of North Carolina. In the USA, I work as a Court Interpreter, but during the months I reside in Guatemala, I translate legal, medical, educational and other general material from English to Spanish and vice versa. I am very experienced in the field of Immigration and criminal. I have translated sensitive documents such as police reports, discovery and victim/witness interviews. I have translated countless birth, death and marriage certificates. I also have much experience in the translation of privacy policies and business contracts. I have been a successful translator of transcriptions as well. I am new to Proz, but as you can see, I am not new to the translating/interpreting/transcription fields. Please help me build up good feedback by giving me a chance to translate your documents. Thank you. |
