For the purpose of strengthening cooperation and achieving the win-in goal, Party B shall, according to Party A’s requirement and its own business plan, provide Party A with “limited commodities” or “exclusive commodities” (i.e., the commodities exclusively sold in Party A’s Shopping Mall), especially during the season of sales promotion such as the birthday or anniversary of Party A, Party B shall undertake to Party A the supply of “limited commodities” and “exclusive commodities” for sale. Party B shall carry out no less than two times of the release of new arrivals or branding activities, globally or nationally per year, at the Proprietary Store Counter or other place at the Shopping Mall of Party A. | Translation - Chinese
