Erstattung von Reisekosten, Firmenwagen
1. Kosten, die aufgrund von Geschäftsreisen anfallen (z.B. Reise, Unterbringung und Verpflegung etc.) werden nach den geltenden steuerlichen Bestimmungen und den beim Arbeitgeber geltenden Richtlinien erstattet. Sämtliche Erstattungen erfolgen monatlich und nach Vorlage entsprechender Belege sowie insbesondere Rechnungen.
2. Sofern erforderlich, darf der Arbeitnehmer für Geschäftstätigkeiten Fahrzeuge aus dem Firmenfahrzeugpool nutzen. Die Privatnutzung des Poolfahrzeugs ist untersagt.
3. Kosten, die bei der Nutzung des Privatfahrzeugs für geschäftliche Zwecke anfallen, werden mit 30 Cent pro Kilometer erstattet.
§ 6
Urlaub
Der Arbeitnehmer hat Anspruch auf den gesetzlichen Mindesturlaub von vier Wochen (20 Arbeitstage), ausgehend von einer Fünf-Tage-Woche.
Der Arbeitgeber gewährt dem Arbeitnehmer darüber hinaus Zusatzurlaub von zwei Wochen (10 Arbeitstage). Der Zusatzurlaub mindert sich um jeweils 1/12 für jeden vollen Monat, in dem der Arbeitnehmer keinen oder keinen anteiligen Anspruch auf Vergütung oder Entgeltfortzahlung hatte. Kann der Zusatzurlaub nicht bis zum 31. März des Folgejahres genommen werden, verfällt er ersatzlos. Der Ersatzurlaub verfällt ebenso im Übertragungszeitraum, wenn er wegen Krankheit des Arbeitnehmers oder anderer, von ihm nicht zu vertretender Gründe nicht genommen werden kann. Eine Abgeltung für nicht genommenen Zusatzurlaub ist ausgeschlossen.
Der Arbeitgeber gewährt – sofern keine anderslautenden Vereinbarungen bestehen – zunächst den gesetzlichen Mindesturlaub, sodann etwaigen aufgrund von Schwerbehinderung zu beanspruchendem Sonderurlaub und dann den vertraglich vereinbarten Zusatzurlaub innerhalb des jeweiligen Kalenderjahres.

Rimborso delle spese di viaggio, vettura aziendale
1. Le spese sostenute per le trasferte aziendali (es. spese di viaggio, pernottamenti e pasti, ecc.) saranno rimborsate in base alle normative fiscali in vigore e alle linee guida del Datore di Lavoro. I rimborsi spese saranno effettuati mensilmente e sulla base della relativa documentazione, in particolare delle fatture.
2. Se necessario, per lo svolgimento delle attività commerciali il Lavoratore potrà avvalersi di una delle vetture del parco macchine aziendale. L’utilizzo delle vetture aziendali per uso privato è vietato.
3. I costi sostenuti per l’utilizzo della vettura privata per scopi aziendali saranno rimborsati con un importo pari a 30 centesimi per chilometro.
§ 6
Ferie
Il Lavoratore ha diritto ad un periodo minimo di ferie stabilito dalla legge pari a quattro settimane (20 giornate lavorative), presupponendo una setti-mana di cinque giorni.
Il Datore di Lavoro concede inoltre al Lavoratore un periodo integrativo di ferie pari a due settimane (10 giorni lavorativi). Tale periodo integrativo si riduce di 1/12 per ciascun mese pieno in cui il Lavoratore non ha maturato nessun diritto allo stipendio o indennità o nessun diritto a una quota di questi. Qualora non sia possibile usufruire delle ferie integrative entro il 31 marzo dell’anno successivo, le stesse saranno annullate senza indennizzo. Il diritto di usufruire delle ferie integrative decadrà anche nel periodo di riporto nel caso in cui il Lavoratore non possa usufruirne per malattia o altri motivi a lui non imputabili. Non è prevista alcuna indennità per ferie integrative non godute.
A meno che non diversamente concordato, il Datore di Lavoro concede, in successione, il periodo minimo di ferie, eventuali congedi straordinari per assistenza a disabili gravi e, infine, il periodo di ferie integrativo contrattuale nel corrispondente anno di calendario.
