Born in South Korea and brought up in South America (Bolivia and Argentina), I have used my languages, Spanish, Korean and English in a variety of fields, such as teaching Spanish, interpreting between people of diverse cultural backgrounds, with a very high sense of adaptability to any situation and translating different tips of documents into Spanish. Now I am a certified CISOC and CILISAT Community Interpreter and Translator, open to opportunities to work as a freelance translator, working from English to Spanish and viceversa.
My experience includes:
- Providing native Spanish-speaking people and agency professionals such as social workers and attorneys with language interpretation services.
- Performing sight translation as requested by agency representatives, explaining written material and procedures and providing assistance to clients filling forms and legal documents.
- Providing native Spanish speaking people with accurate language interpretation services in Court.
- Interpreting proceedings in simultaneous and/or consecutive style.
