Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive loss of central and peripheral motor neurons. ALS leads to death usually within 3 to 5 years from the onset of the symptoms. Available treatment can prolong the disease duration but cannot modify the disease course. Depression is a frequent complication of ALS, which further decreases quality of life and the available data concerning effectivity of antidepressant drugs are conflicting. Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is a noninvasive method of modulation of brain plasticity with confirmed antidepressive effect. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of rTMS in improving the depression in patients with ALS with placebo stimulation. | Translation - Turkish
Amyotrofik lateral skleroz (ALS), merkezi ve periferik motor nöronların ilerleyici kaybıyla karakterize bir nörodejeneratif hastalıktır. ALS genelde semtomların ortaya çıkışından itibaren 3 ilâ 5 yıl içinde ölümle sonuçlanmaktadır. Mevcut tedaviler hastalığın süresini uzatabilmekte, ancak hastalığın seyrini değiştirememektedir. Depresyon ALS hastalarında sıklıkla görülen bir komplikasyondur ve hastanın yaşam kalitesini daha da düşürmektedir. Antidepresan ilaçların etkililiğiyle ilgili mevcut veriler çelişkilidir. Tekrarlanan Transkraniyal Manyetik Stimülasyon (rTMS), beyin plastisitesini değiştirmenin -ki antidepresif bir etkisi olduğu teyit edilmiştir- invazif olmayan bir yöntemidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, rTMS'nin ALS'li hastalarda depresyonun azaltılmasında etkililiğini plasebo stimülasyonla karşılaştırmaktır. |

2- Açık kasa kamyonlarla yapılan taşımalar teminat harici olup; Islanma riskleri için emteanın kapalı kasa ve/veya brandalı kamyon ve/veya tırla taşınması ve ıslanma riski açısından her türlü önlemin alınmış olması gerekmektedir. Hasar tespit raporunda sigortalının ıslanma hasarına sebebiyet veren ihmalinin veya tedbirsizliğinin olduğunun anlaşılması halinde meydana gelen zarar sigorta teminat kapsamından hariçtir.

Cargo must not exceed the load limit of the carrying vehicle and the clearance height of any structure along the route. If this rule is breached, any damage to the cargo because of this is excluded from the insurance.
2- Carriage of cargo on flatbed truck is excluded. Wet risks are covered on condition that the cargo is carried by a box truck or a tarpaulin-covered truck or trailer and that all measures against wet risks have been taken. If the loss survey report attributes the cause of any wet damage to the negligence or omission of the insured, then the loss will be excluded from the insurance.
