My name is Christine and I'm a native German speaker who has lived, studied and worked in the U.K. (with a short 4 year gap in Munich, Germany) since 1998, and I am bilingual in English and German.
I hold an M.Phil in European Literature from the University of Cambridge and a BA in European Studies with German (including a translation component) from King's College London.
In addition to my background in translation, I have extensive experience in marketing in a range of sectors including financial services, charities, IT and education. I am also a trained online journalist who has worked for magazines in Germany and skilled in writing for online media.
One of the largest translation projects I have worked on so far was a website aimed at international students for the Bavarian Ministry of Education, Science and the Arts in Munich - www.study-in-bavaria.de. I wrote all content for this site in both German and English.
