Source text - Arabic يعد الاكتئاب مرض العصر نظرا لانتشاره الواسع في كل أنحاء العالم و عد م اعترافه بالحدود الجغرافية و الأجناس و الأعمار و لعل هذا ما جعل بعضهم يطلق على هذا العصر بعصر الاكتئاب ,و هذا نتيجة لكثرة المنغصات و المشاكل الحياتية اليومية و عدم مقدرة الفرد على مواجهتها ,و قد يحدث أن يتزامن ظهور هذا الاضطراب مع مرحلة عمرية حساسة و حاسمة في حياة النوع البشري ألا و هي مرحلة المراهقة ,و التي من خلالها يغادر الفرد مرحلة الطفولة لينتقل الى مرحلة النضج و الرشد.
و تشير الاحصائيات المقدمة من الجهات المختلفة أن نسبة انتشار الاكتئاب في أوساط المراهقين في تزايد مستمر و ملحوظ خصوصا لدى فئة الفتيات المراهقات ,هذا ما جعلنا نعتقد بأن هناك علاقة بين البلوغ الذي يميز هذه المرحلة و الاصابة بالاكتئاب.
ويمس هذا الاضطراب الفتيات المراهقات بنسبة ملفتة مقارنة مع الذكور و هذا راجع الى البنية النفسية المرهفة للمراهقة و الى عدم الاستقرار حالتها النفسية في هذه المرحلة العمرية. وعليه فانه يجب تقديم يد العون للمراهقين والمراهقات في هذه المرحلة العمرية الحساسة، و ارشادهم الى طلب العلاج النفسي أو الدوائي و هذا لتجاوز أزمة المراهقة و البلوغ التي تعد من بين الأسباب المسئولة عن ظهور الاكتئاب في هذه المرحلة.
Translation - English Due to its worldwide spread despite the geographical boarders, races and ages, depression is considered as the disease of the era, which is probably what made some people call this era as the era of depression as a result of the inability of the individual to face daily problems. This disturbance may happen to manifest during a crucial and decisive period in one’s life which is adolescence, where the individual grows from childhood towards maturity.
Statistics from different authorities indicate a continuous increase of depression’s rate among teenagers, mainly females, which made us think of the existence a sort of a relationship between puberty that distinguishes this phase and getting depressed.
Such disturbance affects females more than males because of the sensitive nature of teenage girl and her unstable psychological condition at such age. Therefore, a hand of aid must be given for teenage boys and girls during such sensitive age, and provide them with guidance towards either psychotherapy or medical assistance in order to overcome adolescence dilemma and puberty, ones of many reasons behind depression.

Translation - French Vu sa grande expansion dans le monde en empiétant les bordures géographique, les races, les âges, la dépression est considérée la maladie de l’ère, ce qui a nominé cet ère par l’ère de dépression par quelque individus due aux plusieurs problèmes quotidiennes et l’incapacité de l’individu à les affronter. Ce trouble peut surgir avec une période délicate et décisive dans la vie de l’être humain, c’est l’adolescence dont l’individu voyage de son enfance vers la maturité.
Les statistiques présentées par différents personnes indiquent que le taux de la dépression chez les adolescents est en augmentation continue; les filles en particulier, ce qui nous donne une idée sur l’existence d’un lien entre la puberté qui distingue cette phase et avoir une dépression.
On trouve ce trouble considérablement chez les adolescentes par rapport aux adolescents vue la structure psychologique sensible et son instabilité à cet âge, est pour cela on doit aider les adolescents et les adolescentes dans cette période délicate et les pousser à chercher soit l’aide psychologique soit des médicaments afin de surmonter le dilemme de l’adolescence et la puberté qui est l’un de plusieurs raisons responsables sur l’émergence de la dépression.
