I am a young French citizen working within an English speaking community as a teacher assistant of French Language. Graduate of ICART, business school for the arts and cultural events, I have a very good knowledge of the business, advertising and management jargon with a specialty in the living arts field (theater, dance, music). My mother tongue is French but I speak English fluently (level “Maîtrise professionnelle internationale" at the TOEIC test). I spent two years in the USA, in Portland, OR, where I worked for several theaters and theater companies, including a bilingual French-English theater school. Currently working for a French immersion school, I use translation techniques on a daily basis, with children and their parents.

Je suis une jeune français travaillant en milieu anglophone comme assistante de professeur FLE (Français Langue Étrangère).Diplômée d'une école de commerce de l'art et médiation culturelle, j'ai une très bonne connaissance des jargons de la vente, de la promotion et de la gestion de créations artistiques (spectacles, œuvres d'art, événements culturels) tant que dans ma langue maternelle, le français, qu'en anglais (niveau "Maîtrise professionnelle internationale" au test TOEIC). Grâce à deux ans d’expérience aux Etats-Unis comme chargée de développement et marketing pour des théâtres - dont une compagnie bilingue français-anglais - j'ai acquis une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel. Actuellement en poste dans une école d'immersion française, l’exercice de traduction est une tâche quotidienne, autant avec les enfants que leurs parents.
