You obtained the refugee status or the subsidiary protection. You chose to ask for an extension of your stay in HUDA. This request was accepted by the Department Director, by a decision of ____________________________
This hosting contract's aim is to create your insertion project.
Article 1- NATURE OF THE CONTRACT AND DURATION OF THE STAY
This contract is a temporary hosting contract that cannot, in any case, be considered as a leasing contract.
Under the current law, this hosting contract begins on _____________ and will end up 3 months after the notification of OFPRA/CNDA's decision, on _______ ..
Exceptionally, this period can be extended for a maximum of 3 months. In addition, this contract can be ended up for reasons indicated in articles below called « end of support » and « exclusion ».
Article 2 – CONTENT OF SUPPORT
You obtained a temporary support funded by the State under the Accomodation Social Aid.
1/ HUDA missions
Give you an accomodation
Propose you a global social support which aim is to help you to integrate in the society, on the basis of your own project and within the deadlines given by the State.
The project set the support's targets, which are as indicated below :
access to an accomodation : HUDA staff members commit to do everything to enable you to find another accomodation ;
access to employment : HUDA staff members commit to support you and give you pieces of advice in all the procedures you undertake to find a job ;
social rights : HUDA staff members commit to help you to have access to all your rights in order to make your integration easier.

Le présent contrat d’hébergement vise à établir votre projet d’insertion.
Article 1- Nature du contrat et durée du séjour
Le présent contrat est un contrat d’hébergement temporaire ne pouvant en aucun cas être assimilé à un bail de location.
Conformément à la règlementation en vigueur, le présent contrat d’hébergement débute le_______et prendra fin trois mois après la notification de décision de l’OFPRA/CNDA, le_______ .
A titre exceptionnel, cette période peut être prolongée pour une durée maximum de trois mois.
Le présent contrat peut par ailleurs prendre fin pour l’une des raisons mentionnées aux paragraphes infra intitulés « la fin de votre prise en charge » et « exclusion ».

Assure votre hébergement
Propose un accompagnement social global qui vise à vous accompagner dans un processus d’insertion en s’appuyant sur votre projet, dans les limites de temps fixées par l’Etat.
Le projet fixe les objectifs de l’accompagnement, objectifs détaillés ci-dessous :
accès au logement : l’équipe de l’HUDA s’engage à mettre tout en œuvre pour favoriser votre relogement;
accès à l’emploi : l’équipe de l’HUDA s’engage à vous accompagner et vous conseiller dans toutes vos démarches de recherche d’emploi ;
ouverture des droits : l’équipe de l’HUDA s’engage à vous accompagner dans l’ouverture de tous les droits auxquels vous pouvez prétendre afin de faciliter votre insertion.
