Source text - Russian 4. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ СТОРОН
4.1. Туроператор несет ответственность за надлежащее исполнение условий договора согласно действующему Законодательству РФ.
4.2. Туроператор не несет ответственности по возмещению денежных затрат Туристу за оплаченные услуги, если Турист по своему усмотрению или в связи со своими интересами не воспользовался всеми или частью забронированных Туроператором услуг. Исключение составляют болезнь или несчастный случай, подтвержденные соответствующими документами. В этом случае, компенсируется только стоимость услуг, забронированных и оплаченных Туристом, за минусом фактических затрат, понесенных Туроператором.
4.3. Турист осведомлен и согласен с правом Туроператора в экстренных случаях изменять условия экспедиции, оставляя неизменными качество и количество услуг. По соглашению сторон путем заключения письменного соглашения допускаются иные изменения по проживанию и перевозке Туриста. Обо всех изменениях программы Туроператор извещает Туриста до начала экспедиции.
4.4. Во время подготовки и совершения экспедиции, включая транзит, Турист обязан: своевременно и в полной сумме оплатить экспедицию. Представить необходимые документы для оформления документов для экспедиции. Турист несет ответственность за правильность сообщенных данных.
Translation - English 4. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Tour Operator undertakes obligations of the present Agreement according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Tour Operator does not bear responsibility on compensation of monetary expenses to the Tourist for the paid tourist services if the Tourist in service at own discretion or in connection with the interests has not taken advantage of all or a part of the ordered by the Tour Operator services. This is with an exception of an illness or an accident duly documented. In this case the cost of services ordered and paid by the Tourist is compensated by deducing the actual costs of the Tour Operator.
4.3. The Tourist is informed and agree with the right of the Tour Operator to change the conditions of the Expedition in case of emergency preserving the quality and the number of services. According to the agreement of the Parties by concluding the written Agreement other changes in living arrangements and transportation of the Tourist are considered acceptable. The Tour Operator informs the Tourist about all program changes before the beginning of the Expedition.
4.4. The Tourist undertakes to pay the whole settlement amount on time during the preparation and the Expedition including the transit.

Source text - English A new cognitive orientation in translation research is important at this time as it can complement the current dominant wave of socially and culturally oriented research into and around translation. In translation research we surely also need a vigorous strand exploring what happens when a translator is in “bilingual mode” (Grosjean 2001), describing and explaining how strategies of interpreting, problem solving and decision‐making come about in a bilingual mind. In light of the waning interest in translation process research which employs introspective methods of various kinds, there is a need for a fresh cognitive take on translation. One assumption behind earlier introspective translational research was that translators have at least partial control over what they are (mentally) doing, and that their mental activities are at least partially accessible, i.e., open to conscious inspection and can be verbalized accordingly. It is not at all clear that this assumption is true.
Translation - Russian В настоящее время, когда социальная и культурная направленности доминируют в сфере перевода, важную роль стал играть его новый когнитивный аспект, который способен дополнить своих предшественников. В исследовании проблем перевода необходимо уделить большое внимание «билингвальной личности» [Гросджин, 2001] переводчика, а именно описанию и объяснению стратегий перевода, путей решения переводческих трудностей и принятия решений в билингвальном сознании. В виду ослабления интереса к исследованию переводческих процессов, в рамках которых используются интроспективные методы различных видов, возникает потребность в свежем когнитивном подходе к переводу. Предположение, основанное на недавнем интроспективном транслатологическом исследовании, заключается в том, что переводчики, по крайней мере, частично контролируют то, что происходит у них в сознании, и что данные ментальные процессы доступны хотя бы частично, т. е. открыты для сознательного изучения и могут быть соответствующе вербализованы. Da sind sich die Wissenschaftler einig. Schwieriger zu beantworten ist die Frage, was genau bestimmt, wie klug jemand ist.
Unstrittig ist, dass Intelligenz zumindest teilweise erblich ist. „Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Studien, die zumeist mit Zwillingen durchgeführt wurden, die belegen, dass die Erblichkeit von Intelligenz bei etwa 60 Prozent liegt.Wobei der Einfluss der Gene in der Kindheit etwas geringer ist, als bei Erwachsenen”, sagt André Reis, Leiter des Humangenetischen Instituts am Universitätsklinikum Erlangen.
Während der Anteil des Erbguts an der Intelligenz durch die Zwillingsstudien klar belegt ist, war bisher noch wenig darüber bekannt, welche Gene involviert sind.

Причем влияние генов в детстве незначительнее, чем у взрослых», сообщает руководитель института человеческой генетики при университетской клинике в Эрлангене Андре Райз.
Тогда как участие генетического материала в формировании нашего интеллекта доказано посредством исследований, проведенных на близнецах, по-прежнему мало известно о том, какие гены задействованы в этом процессе.
