根据海军工程大学《试验合作协议书》的要求,进行Ferr-100型防锈颜料在海洋船舶防锈防污涂料中的应用,包括在船底防锈涂料、防污涂料、带锈涂料和环氧防锈涂料四种涂料的配方设计。在制备样品进行初步性能试验后,委托船舶工业船舶涂料检测站按照《GB/T 6822-2007 船体 防污防锈漆体系》、《GB/T 6748-2008 船用防锈漆》标准的要求进行相关的性能试验。
Translation - English 1. Introduction
According to requirements stated in “Experiment Cooperation Agreement” signed by Naval Engineering University, some experiments were performed for the purpose of the use of Ferri-100 anti-corrosive pigment in antifouling marine paints. This included the design of four types of formulations, the anticorrosive shipbottom paint, antifouling paint, rust paint and epoxy anti-anticorrosive paint. After the preliminary tests, the prepared samples were given to Marine Coatings Inspection Center, which is affiliated to Shipbuilding Industry Association, for testing according to Chinese national standards of Anticorrosive and Antifouling Paints System for Ship Hull (GB / T 6822-2007) and Anti-Corrosive Marine Paint (GB / T 6748-2008).
2. Results
2.1 Anti-corrosive shipbottom paint
. Adhesion: 12MPa
. Anti-blistering test (250um ± 20um): no blistering
. Cathode stripping resistance test (250um ± 20um, 60 days): no blistering and no rusting seen in both test and control plates
. Immersion test (250um ± 20um, 60 days): no blistering and no rusting For details, please see the test report (C1009017).
2.2 Anti-fouling shipbottompaints
Since the test period was in winter, the off-season for marine creatures, after discussed with Naval Engineering University and we decided only to perform cathodic protection test (250um ± 20um, 30d). Result showed that a) no blistering in control panels, and no stripping seen around the openings; b) no blistering in test panels, and no stripping seen around the openings. Source text - Chinese 摘要: 目的 评价颅内支架置入对低灌注症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者能否获得更大的获益/风险比。 方法 我们对2007年1月-2008年6月在我科行颅内支架置入术的患者资料作回顾性分析。我们将病例分为A组(低灌注组)和B组(正常灌注组),主要终点事件是围手术期与治疗靶血管相关的大的并发症和复发性缺血性卒中。用Kaplan-Meier生存概率估计患者无主要终点事件的1年期生存率。结果 手术技术成功率为91%,围手术期大的并发症有2例(group A [8.3%, 1/12], group B [9.1%, 1/11])。对手术技术成功的21例病例平均随访11.2个月,A组、B组均无复发性卒中发生。总之,终点事件的发生率为10%(2/21)( A组 [8%, 1/12], B组 [11%, 1/9])。1年期无主要终点事件发生的生存概率在低灌注组和正常灌注组组间相同(Kaplan-Meier 估计值 0.92[SE 0.01] vs 0.89 [SE 0.02]),但复发性卒中主要发生在正常灌注组,提示具有低灌注特征的患者在颅内之间置入中更能获益。结论 对灌注受损的患者行颅内支架置入可能获益更多。

Translation - English Abstract:
Objective To evaluate benefit-to-risk ratio of intracranial stent placement in the patients with impaired regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF)
Methods It was retrospectively analyzed all patients that were applied intracranial stent placement at our department during the period of Jan. 2007 to June 2008. Two groups of patients were assigned: group A, the impaired rCBF, and group B, the normal rCBF. Primary outcome events were periprocedural major complications or recurrent ischemic strokes in the regions of the treated artery. Kaplan-Meier method was applied to analyze the 1-year survival rate in patients without primary outcome events.
Results The procedural success rate was 91% (35/38) with 2 cases of periprocedural major complications (1 in group A [8.3%, 1/12], and 1 in group B [9.1%, 1/11]). Median follow-up time for the 21 patients with successful procedures was 11.2 months. No recurrence of ischemic stroke was found in both groups. In summary, there were 10% (2/21) of primary outcome events (group A [8%, 1/12], group B [11%, 1/9]). And there was no statistically significance in 1-year-survival rate in patients without primary outcome events between the two groups (Kaplan-Meier estimate of 0.92[SE 0.01] vs 0.89 [SE 0.02]). However, recurrence of Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) was mainly occurred in group B, which implied that the placement of intracranial stent in rCBF patients could maximize the benefit-to-risk ratio.
Conclusion The intracranial stent placement has a better benefit-to-risk ratio in patients with impaired rCBF.
