About me
Over 5 years of experience in translation since graduation from university in 2009 through various online projects such as wikipedia.org, tatoeba.org, and glosbe.com.

Over 10 years of experience in education of language and academics starting from peer-tutor programs in High School.

Lots of experience living and traveling around the world and gaining insight not just into the foreign languages I work with, but also into the underlying psychology and philosophy behind it.

Years of ad-hoc experience as an unofficial tour-guide and interpreter through couchsurfing.org, a hospitality sight. A common language pair while I was living in Cambodia, for example, was Khmer<->Korean.

Working languages: Spanish - Native; English - Near native; Korean - Have lived a couple of years here, and am currently a translator for a broadcasting company in South Korea; Khmer - The language of my spouse; Portuguese - Have had contact with Brazilians throughout my childhood, so I have learned their language well; Japanese - Studied abroad here, and have been pursuing this language, particularly its extensive library of characters.

I have worked in other pairs, such as Vietnamese->Spanish and Turkish->Spanish and wish to work with those more professionally in the future.
