The European PSN release of the hidden object puzzle adventure (HOPA) game took place early this month; the U.S. PSN release is scheduled for April 28.
"Paranormal Pursuit: The Gifted One Collector's Edition" is the next installment in a series Alawar launched in March 2013 with the release of the first hidden object game for PSN, "Mountain Crime: Requital." Since then, the company has published several popular HOPA titles for consoles, thereby establishing itself as a leading developer of adventure games for these platforms.
When deciding on the direction its next game for PlayStation 3 would take, Alawar took its experiences interacting with Sony players into consideration. This led the company to create an adventure thriller, a favorite genre of hardcore gamers around the world due to their compelling blend of genre components, atmosphere, intensity, suspense, and superior storytelling.
"Paranormal Pursuit: The Gifted One Collector's Edition" incorporates all of these elements as it tells the story of a politician who wants to acquire psychic powers so he can execute an insidious plan. This evil doer will stop at nothing to get what he wants, including kidnapping defenseless children with supernatural abilities.
Through circumstance, the protagonist learns about one of the kidnappings – and decides to take action. As the game opens, she saves the boy and flees toward an unknown destination. Throughout the adventure that follows, the player must guide her as she protects the child, runs from the bad guys, completes tasks and solve puzzles, and finds everything she and the boy need in order to escape.
To produce a sense of constantly being on the run – a critical component of "Paranormal Pursuit: The Gifted One Collector's Edition" – the developers spent months working out the details of the story, getting the characters and dialogue just right, and making spectacular HD videos that take place at critical moments during the game (not just at the beginning and the end).
The developers also wanted "Paranormal Pursuit: The Gifted One Collector's Edition" to stand out from other releases in the same genre. Компания А (ГОРОД), именуемая в дальнейшем «Организация», в лице директора ИМЯ, действующего на основании устава, и,
Компания 2, именуемая в дальнейшем «Партнер», в лице Генерального директора ИМЯ, действующего на основании Устава, с другой стороны, при совместном упоминании «Стороны», заключили настоящее Соглашение о сотрудничестве о нижеследующем:
• Определения:
Оператор — открытое акционерное общество «НАЗВАНИЕ».
Программа «Бонус» (Программа) — комплекс мероприятий, реализуемый Оператором, в результате которых Абонент-участник может накапливать Бонусные баллы и обменивать их на Гифт-Коды.
Правила — правила Специального предложения, указанные в Приложении №1 к настоящему Соглашению, являющемся его неотъемлемой частью.
Специальное предложение (Предложение) — комплекс мероприятий, направленных на реализацию целей настоящего Соглашения, а также на реализацию маркетинговой политики Сторон.
Механика Специального предложения — технические процедуры реализации Специального предложения, указанные в Приложении № 2 к настоящему Соглашению.
Код Доступа — уникальный код, который дает доступ к получению Гифт-Кода. Код Доступа направляется Абонентам-участникам посредством SMS-сообщения, транслируется в личном кабинете участника МТС Бонус.
Сертификат — сертификат, содержащий Код Доступа, который может быть предоставлен Абонентам-участникам Программы посредством личного кабинета Абонента-участника (если такая опция доступна в личном кабинете Абонента-участника).
Гифт-Код — предоставляемая Организацией Абоненту-участнику уникальная символьная последовательность, при предъявлении которой Организация предоставляет Участнику внутриигровую валюту игрового приложения Организации, в соответствии с Правилами Специального предложения.
Абонент-участник — физическое лицо, являющееся абонентом Оператора, зарегистрированное для участия в Программе и использующее мобильное устройство.
Участник — физическое лицо, получившее Код Доступа от Абонента-участника, в случае если в соответствии с Правилами Коды Доступа можно передавать третьим лицам.
Бонусные баллы — условные единицы, начисляемые Оператором на бонусный счет Абонента-участника согласно Правилам Программы. Бонусные баллы не являются и не могут являться средствами платежа или каким-либо видом валюты или ценной бумаги.
Рабочий Продукт — материалы, макеты, дизайн, сценарии, пленки, фильмы, разработки и любые другие документы и материалы (включая, но не ограничиваясь, логотипами, фотографиями и иллюстрациями), передаваемые Организацией Партнеру.
Сайт Организации — информационный ресурс в сети Интернет, размещенный по адресу
• Взаимодействие Сторон
2.1. Данное Соглашение определяет проведение информационных, маркетинговых и иных мероприятий, предусмотренных разделом 3, направленных на:
расширение клиентских баз Сторон Соглашения;
привлечение внимания аудитории к Продуктам и услугам Сторон Соглашения;
стимулирование использования услуг Сторон и повышение приверженности клиентов и потенциальных клиентов таким услугам;
популяризацию Программы, рост информированности о сути Программы и доступных возможностях для абонента, а также услуг Организации;
повышение лояльности и удержание существующих абонентов и клиентов Организации.
2.2. Для реализации сотрудничества Партнер обеспечивает участие Организации в Программе посредством размещения информации о Кодах Доступа, предоставляемых Организацией на сайте: www.сайт.ru
В целях реализации Предложения Организация предоставляет Абонентам-участникам возможность получения Гифт-Кодов в обмен на Бонусные баллы по Кодам Доступа, заказанным в период действия Предложения.
2.3. Данное Соглашение не подразумевает наличие хозяйственного договора между Сторонами, создание совместного предприятия, товарищества или отношений принципала и агента между Сторонами. Если Стороны не придут к иному соглашению в письменной форме, обе Стороны обязуются:
а) не заключать никакого договора, соглашения или обязательства с третьими сторонами, выступая в качестве агента другой Стороны или от имени другой Стороны;
б) не объявлять или представлять себя в качестве агента другой Стороны или каким-либо образом действовать как агент другой Стороны;
в) не действовать от имени другой Стороны или представлять другую Сторону любым способом или с любой целью.
2.4. Для целей взаимодействия Сторон Участником, имеющим право на получение Гифт-Кода, является любое физическое лицо, которое предъявляет Организации Код Доступа, полученный в период действия Предложения, при условии, что его срок действия, указанный в п. 1 Приложения № 1 к Соглашению, еще не истек.

• Definitions:
Operator — open joint stock company NAME
Bonus Program (Program) – a series of events implemented by the Operator in which the Subscriber can accumulate bonus points and exchange them for Gift Codes.
Rules: the rules of the special offer, referred to in annex 1 to this agreement, which is an integral part of it.
Special offer (Offer) – a combination of measures aimed at the realization of the goals of this Agreement, as well as at the implementation of the marketing policy of the Parties.
Mechanics of the Offer – the procedures by which the Offer provided in Annex 2 to this agreement are realized.
Access Code – a unique code that provides access to the Gift Code. The Access Code is sent to Subscribers via SMS, and is displayed in the personal profile of the Program member.
Certificate: a certificate that contains the Access Code that can be given to a Subscriber of the program through his or her personal profile (if that option is available in the Subscriber's personal profile).
Gift Code – a unique sequence of symbols, given to the Subscriber by the company. When the Subscriber presents the Gift Code, the Company is to provide the Subscriber with the in-game currency of the Company's Game Application, in accordance with the rules of the Offer.
Subscriber/participant (Subscriber): an individual who is registered with the Operator for participation in the program and is using a mobile device.
Participant – an individual who receives the Access Code from the Subscriber in case the rules allow handing over the Access Codes to third parties.
Bonus points – arbitrary units, calculated by the Operator on the bonus account of the Subscriber according to the rules of the program. Bonus points are not and cannot be the means of payment or any kind of currency or securities.
Work Product – materials, models, designs, scripts, films, movies, and any other documents and materials (including, but not limited to logos, photographs, and illustrations) passed by the Company to the Partner.
Company Website – an information resource on the Internet located at [URL].
• Interaction of the Parties
2.1. This agreement determines the information, marketing, and other activities contemplated by section 3 aimed at:
the expansion of the client base of the Parties of the Agreement;
attracting the attention of the audience to the products and services of the Parties of the Agreement;
the promotion of the use of services and increased commitment of the clients and potential clients to such services;
the popularization of the Program, increasing awareness of the Program and the options available to the Subscriber, as well as the services of the Company;
increasing the loyalty and the retention of existing Subscribers and customers of the Company.
2.2. To implement the collaboration, the Partner provides the participation of the Company in the Program by displaying information about the Access Codes provided by the Company on the site www.company.ru.
In order to implement the Offer, the Company gives the Subscribers a chance to receive gift codes in exchange for bonus points by means of the Access Codes ordered while the offer was valid.
2.3. This agreement does not imply a business contract between the Parties, the establishment of a joint venture, partnership, or principal and agent relationship between the Parties. If the Parties do not come to another agreement in writing, the both Parties undertake to:
a) not enter into any contract, agreement, or undertaking with any third party, acting as the agent of the other Party or on behalf of the other Party;
b) not declare or represent themselves as an agent of the other Party or in any way act as an agent of the other Party;
c) not act on behalf of the other Party or represent the other Party in any manner or for any purpose.
2.4. For the purposes of interaction between the Parties, a Participant who has the right to receive a Gift Code is any individual who presents the Access Code to the Company. The Access Code should be acquired while the offer is valid.
2.5. The offer is valid from DATE until DATE, except as otherwise provided by the Parties.
