Source text - English First stop of the day is the town of Llanes which is built around a narrow inlet and a series of coves, backed by the mountains, and is one of the most well preserved towns along the Costa Verde. The path leaves Llanes along a magnificent grass bluff, with the sea far below. We take a short cut through shoulder-high ferns and head across the fields arriving at the curiously named town of Poo. The path then weaves in and out of various tempting beaches before continuing past the ruins of an old hermitage, to the town and
beaches of Barro. |
