Mia Kristiina Dorfman Hämäläinen is a PhD student, translator and an organist.
She has graduated in Philosophy and Arts at Helsingin Yliopisto; has a degree in Bachelor of Music with focus on pipe organ by Akatemia Sibelius (with a validated diploma by the UNESP – Institute of Arts); has a master’s degree in Contemporary Philosophy by the Université de Reims-Champagne Ardenne; is currently a PhD student in the graduate program in Philosophy at FFLCH – USP. She is specialized in Nietzsche. As an organist she has been recognized by performances in Europe (especially in Scandinavia and Baltic region). She has published academic works in Finland, Sweden, Germany, France, Latvia and Brazil.
Is a collaborative researcher at Suomen Queer-tutkimuksen seura (Society of Queer Studies in Finland) since January 2015. |
