Source text - English GSM-модем iRZ TG43-485 — промышленный GSM-модем, предназначенный для приема и передачи данных по GSM-каналу (GPRS класс 12). Благодаря встроенному TCP/IP-стеку и открытой Java-платформе, легко интегрируется во многие M2M-решения: мобильный доступ в Интернет, телеметрия, беспроводной сбор данных с датчиков, дистанционное наблюдение, управление и сигнализирование. Все необходимое ПО для создания Java-приложений находится в свободном доступе.
В GSM-модеме предусмотрено несколько видов сторожевых таймеров:
Встроенный сторожевой таймер в управляющем микроконтроллере. Проверка на зависание ПО самого микроконтроллера (Всегда включена, отключить нельзя).
Периодическая проверка управляющим микроконтроллером на зависание GSM-модуля (Java-приложения). Принцип его работы состоит в следующем: управляющий микроконтроллер на второй COM-порт GSM-модуля (UART1) периодически подает команду “at” (скорость 115200, 8-N-1), и ждет ответа: “at”, потом “OK”. Также после каждой команды должно быть \r=CR \n=LF. То есть ответ должен быть аналогичен ответу модуля без java-приложения, с включенным эхом. Ожидание ответа 100 мс. Если ответа не последовало, делается повторный запрос. Всего делается 5 попыток. В случае неполучения ответа происходит перезапуск GSM-модуля, питание модуля при этом отключается. Интервал периодической проверки можно задать от 1 минуты до 255 с шагом 1 минута. Активировать или отключить данную функцию, а также задать интервал можно в режиме “Меню”. По умолчанию данная функция выключена. Примечание: Java-приложение может забирать этот ком-порт, что будет приводить к постоянным перезагрузкам модуля при активированной этой функции.
Безусловный перезапуск модема через заданный пользователем интервал времени. По умолчанию данная функция выключена. Интервал времени можно задать от 1 часа до 255 с шагом 1 час. Принцип его работы состоит в следующем: управляющий микроконтроллер через заданный интервал времени перезапускает GSM-модуль, питание модуля отключается. Управление данной функцией осуществляется в режиме “Mеню”.
Translation - Russian Manufacturing GSM modem iRZ TG43-485 is a device for receiving and transmission of data via a GSM channel – 12 category GPRS. The modem has TCP/IP stack and open Java platform. It integrates into different M2M technologies – the mobile Internet access, telemetry, wireless data acquisition from sensors, remote viewing, controlling and signaling. All necessary software for making Java applications is available and has free access.
The GSM modem has several types of watchdog timers:
Integrated watchdog timer in the controlling microcontroller. Software starvation checkout procedure is always performed.
Repetitive checkout procedure, performed by the driving microcontroller to avoid the starvation of GSM module and Java applications. The concept of its work is the driving microcontroller on the second COM port of the UART1 GSM module gives a command “at” at regular intervals. The speed is 115200, 8-N-1. Then the driving microcontroller is waiting for a response “at” and “OK”. After each command there must be \r=CR \n=LF. The response must be the same as the response of the module without Java application. The time of getting the response must be 100 ms. If there is no response, a new request is done. The maximum attempts of requests are five. If there is no result, GSM module is restarted. In this case the power supply must be turned off. The time of the checkout procedure can be regulated from 1 min. to 255 min with 1 min interval. “Menu” mode is for actuation this function, making intervals and also its deactuation. By default this function is turned off. Note: Java application can use this com port. So the module is constantly restarted if this function is actuated.

The concept of its work is the driving microcontroller restarts the GSM module with a consideration of the time. In this case the power supply must be turned off. “Menu” mode is for controlling of this function.
